WOODROFFE is the founder and creative driving force behind the
Yo! Sushi phenomenon. After almost thirty years in the entertainment
business, designing stages for the likes of Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder
and The Moody Blues, he moved on to spearhead television deals for
some of the world's biggest rock concerts. In 1997 Woodroffe opened
the world's largest conveyor belt sushi restaurant, YO! Sushi, a concept
that has grown from the total eating and entertainment experience
into one of the biggest lifestyle brands to appear for many years.
